Took 4 attempts to get app working. It then only allowed a 4 hour time slot, although we were there all day. And then once we had attended event we were told parking fees were not being enforced that day due to problems with the app.

Payment should be allowed by cash.
If you don't allow payment by cash then you have no right to charge a 10p transaction fee for paying the required parking fee by phone.

Super easy to access and close to where we were staying. Using Just Park was convenient but would have also liked the ability to pay for an actual ticket on site via a machine
