It was a real pain having to download an app, create an account, register my details and a payment method. This took me about 10 minutes as I have to enter confirmation codes for both phone number and email. Just to park at a place I will probably not need to visit again!
What a waste of time for a £1.60 parking fee!

Found the app a bit confusing. We hire cars so we could do with being forced to check car reg. Also couldn't easily check which car park we were paying for.
