Space description
One of two spaces (1 at any time with EV charging) located on Kipling Avenue in Bath outside of the Bath LEZ. Big enough to fit large vehicles i.e. Volvo XC90. Situated 15-18 minutes walk from Bath city centre depending on the route taken. Very regular buses into city centre from bottom of our Road (bus takes 3 mins). Also situated within 7 minutes walk is the Bath city viewpoint in Alexandra Park for amazing views of Bath. Please note that the drive is under a tree so in spring months when chicks are nesting there may be some bird droppings - happy to jet wash off for you if required. ***Please do read the instructions emailed to you once you have booked and text/call me know if you have any questions***

How our drivers felt about this space
Spacious, safe parking with easy access to Bath's center. Great communication from a friendly owner. Enjoy picturesque surroundings, making it a recommended choice for visitors. Note the hill may be a drawback for those with mobility issues.

I am so glad I have found this parking spot the day before my trip from Bath to Stonehenge, which I also booked at the very last minute. Lol! The owner of the spot is helpful and messaged to clarify which spot it is to take. It is quite tight for a big car but manageable, I reversed in superclose to the gate, which was fine and left plenty of room for the other cars to get in /out. It was excellent for my needs, 20 odd min-walk to Terrace Walk/Hilton Hotel. I popped up to Alexandra Park viewpoint on my way, which was a perfect spot to view the solar eclipse. Bath is beautiful. Would be happy to book it again. Thanks v much!

The parking spaces were as described. The area was quiet, and safe. My car fitted in the space with room to spare.
Melanie C24th October 2025
Parking was great and the owner was very helpful. The amount charged for the EV charge by Just Park was ridiculously expensive (almost double the price on the motorway)

What made my experience great was that the instructions and directions were clear, the location was ideal and the price was perfect.
