Initially on arrival there was a car parked opposite the entrance which made this a very tight turn into the car park. Once l parked up l was happy with the location. The barrier didn't work as was mentioned.
On return to pick up my car there was a note on my windscreen saying l was parking in a residents space, but l was told to park in any space. I was concerned that l may have upset a resident. This has to be resolved.

It was easy to find a parking space in close proximity to our city hotel. It was the first time we had used the app so I wasn’t sure I had the correct space- it looked like a private car park; however, the photo on the app showed it was correct. Unfortunately, the boom gate was broken so I was concerned about security.

Very easy and straightforward transaction, good value. Instructions to find the car parking are fine, but also use the photos, they are very helpful in identifying Jopp’s Lane and the car park. Perfect central location for a weeks parking while on holiday and catching a bus to Edinburgh airport in the middle of the night. Only slight criticism (reason for not 5 stars) the barrier is not locked, but it all felt fine to us. Thank you, we would certainly use again and can recommend.

We were able to get this space at very short notice and on a very busy day in Aberdeen. The location was perfect, and although a bit difficult to find, we had no trouble getting in and out. The owner was on hand to greet us, which was great confidence that all was above board (getting spaces so reasonably priced at short notice does make you wonder).
