Unable to extend the parking duration or modify the time booked, despite it being advertised that it was easy to do so. Tried to rebook instead but also unable to do so. Found the whole day out stressful. Now I'm waiting for a parking fine to come through. I will not use again.

We parked in a space in Sainsbury's car park and it was still there when we came back. As you have no staff on site I can only say it suited our requirements. We then had a short walk to the Elizabeth line in Abbey Wood. Very convenient.

First time access to pay painfully long winded
Running over parking time by 2 minutes so then had to go back online and pay extra £££s for 1/2 hour
