Parking for Alexandra Palace Bonfire Night 2026
Alexandra Palace Fireworks 2026: Dates and Times
The Alexandra Palace fireworks are back for 2026, and, as one of London's biggest Bonfire Night festivals, it moves to a full Saturday-and-Sunday weekend for the first time. Saturday is the Ally Pally party night, with a headline DJ set from Eats Everything and a German Bier Festival in the Great Hall, while Sunday is a new, reduced-capacity Family Fun Day with an earlier display. Both days bring the giant bonfire, funfair, ice skating and the Alexandra Palace drone show from Celestial before the fireworks light up the north London skyline.
Ally Pally sits on top of a hill with only a handful of roads in and out, so the surrounding streets fill up fast on fireworks weekend. Book your Alexandra Palace fireworks parking alongside your tickets to lock in a space and spend the evening at the bonfire rather than circling Wood Green.

FAQs on Alexandra Palace Fireworks

No, the Fireworks & Drone Festival is a ticketed event. Tickets currently start from £11.50 and rise with each release, and under-10s go free on the Sunday Family Fun Day with early bird tickets, subject to availability. Prices go up closer to the weekend, so it's worth booking both your ticket and your parking early.

It depends on which day you go. On Saturday 7 November, gates open at 4pm and the fireworks and drone display starts at 8pm, with the party running until 10:30pm. On Sunday 8 November, gates also open at 4pm, but the display is earlier at 6pm and the event finishes at 8:30pm.

There's no public parking at Alexandra Palace on fireworks weekend. The Palace car parks close, Alexandra Palace Way shuts and parking is suspended on several surrounding streets. The easiest option is to book a JustPark space in Wood Green, Muswell Hill or Hornsey and walk up to the park, so you skip the road closures and can head straight off once the display ends.

As soon as you've got your Alexandra Palace fireworks tickets, especially for Saturday's party night, which is the busier of the two days. Sunday's Family Fun Day runs at reduced capacity but still draws big crowds, and booking ahead with JustPark lets you lock in a space at a fixed price before you set off.
