  • Arrive knowing your space is waiting — no driving around side streets hunting for a spot as doors open.

  • Choose the price and distance that suit you, from spaces a short walk from the arena to cheaper options a little further out.

  • Extend your booking from the app if the encore runs late or you decide to stay for a bite after the show.

  • Get away faster by parking on quieter residential streets away from the main crowds.

Parking for Hits Radio Live Manchester at Co-op Live

Co-op Live sits on the Etihad Campus in east Manchester, right next to the Etihad Stadium. As one of the UK's largest indoor arenas, with a capacity of more than 23,000, a sold-out night here puts serious pressure on the surrounding streets.

  • Book your parking near Co-op Live in advance and you can choose from private driveways and off-street spaces within a 5 to 20-minute walk of the arena.

  • Look at neighbouring areas such as Beswick, Clayton, Miles Platting, Ancoats and New Islington, where residential spaces let you avoid the worst of the traffic around the campus.

  • Sat nav: use the venue address, 1 Sports City Way, M11 3DU.

  • Don't chance unrestricted on-street parking around the Etihad Campus — enforcement officers have issued parking tickets on the surrounding streets on event nights, so a pre-booked space is the safest way to avoid a Penalty Charge Notice.

  • Staying over? Find overnight parking in Manchester if you're making a weekend of it, with multi-day bookings available.

Park Nearby and Hop on the Tram to Co-op Live

If you'd rather park closer to the city centre, the Metrolink is a quick final leg. Trams on the Ashton line stop at Etihad Campus, directly next to the venue, and run every 7.5 minutes from the city centre, until 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

  • From Manchester Piccadilly: a 10-minute tram ride direct to Etihad Campus, or around 25 minutes on foot via the signposted, step-free CityLink walking route through Ancoats, New Islington and Holt Town.

  • From Manchester Victoria: around 30 minutes by tram, changing at Piccadilly.

  • From St Peter's Square (near Oxford Road): around 12 minutes by tram to Etihad Campus.

  • From Ashburys station: a 10-minute walk to the Etihad Campus.

After the show, Velopark and Holt Town tram stops close to manage crowds, so plan to use Etihad Campus stop if you're heading back by tram.

Parking for Hits Radio Live Birmingham at bp pulse LIVE

bp pulse LIVE sits on the NEC campus in Solihull, right by the M42, with a capacity of around 15,600. It's a Friday show, so expect evening rush-hour traffic on the approach roads as well as event crowds.

  • Reserve a space near bp pulse LIVE ahead of time to secure private driveways and off-site spaces in nearby areas.

  • Sat nav: use the venue address, Perimeter Road, B40 1NT.

  • Birmingham's Clean Air Zone only covers the city centre inside the A4540 Middleway, so driving to the NEC via the M42 won't trigger the daily charge — just avoid detouring through the city centre if your vehicle isn't compliant.
