Cancellation Policies
We have different cancellation policies depending on whether you booked parking in advance or if you paid in the car park. If you have driven to a car park and paid on the spot, please see the Non-Reservable Parking policy below. All bookings made in advance are covered by the Reservable Parking policy below.

JustPark Event Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Once purchased, parking passes cannot be cancelled or exchanged except under the specific circumstances outlined below.
You must contact JustPark Support for cancellations of event parking.
Cancellations Will Not Be Accepted For:
- Change of plans, deciding not to attend, or no longer needing the parking pass
- Weather concerns or event delays (unless the event is officially cancelled)
- Transportation issues (including transit strikes, unless the event is officially cancelled)
- Late arrival, being turned away due to lateness, or difficulty locating the car park
- Booking errors (e.g. wrong vehicle type, vehicle registration, car park type, or oversized vehicle)
- Illness or any personal reason preventing attendance
- Passes already marked as redeemed or used
Cancellations May Be Accepted If:
- The event is officially cancelled – passes will be automatically cancelled and refunded, subject to the venue’s instruction
- The event is rescheduled and the pass holder cannot attend the new date – passes may be cancelled and refunded, subject to the venue’s discretion
- The customer purchases an additional pass to fix an error (e.g. wrong date, wrong vehicle registration, or car park) – the original pass may be cancelled and refunded at JustPark’s and/or the venue’s discretion
- Original pass must be unredeemed or unused
- The event must not yet have taken place
