Parking on Guildford Road, BN1

This is a really good spot - very central and was easy to find.

Brilliant could not fault it!! Definitely will use again.

Easy to find, location is great, very central

I initially booked to park from 14:30 to 17:30 then noticed a button offering "All Day" for not much more money. I clicked it, entered payment details then discovered that "All Day" actually meant 14:30 to 23:30. Not "all day" as I understand those words! I sent a message to JustPark asking for the booking to be changed back to the originally requested times and the extra payment refunded but received no response, so have ended up a few shillings out of pocket. The amount of money is not large, but I am not likely to use this service again having been scammed once. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me" Added after JustPark replied: I received an email in which I was told that they were not going to refund the additional amount, but offering a credit which might or might not be usable against a future booking. As I will probably never have opportunity to make use of it, this seems to be a way of trying to look like the good guys while keeping hold of the cash. Nor do I think is it particularly clever to respond to my communication only after a review has been published here. I got scammed.

Will happily book this space again. In a good position for walking into the town centre through the lanes

Really good space and nice and close to where my daughter lives.

The space is very accessible, my Audi A3 had plenty of space - could easily fit an estate car.
