Giving honest feedback that the space was a bit rough and the surface not even, quite a lot of weeds growing. Small rocks dividing space from next door, had to be careful not to scrape wheel guard. We have a Toyota Corolla, space just wide enough. Pleasant, friendly owner who came out to greet us.
We were grateful to get this space for our 3 day stay in York. Just being honest about the space, we had to negotiate with care.

It's useful to be able to park on a private drive, but it could have been in much better condition. Raised hardcore, coupled to gravel on a slope made parking less than ideal.
