Conveniently located parking space close to York city center. Easy to find, safe, and good value. Ideal for short stays, with friendly owner and clear instructions.

Easy directions and close to the city centre

We booked parking in York and paid £11.74, along with insurance £3.48, when we got there the road was closed as there were roadworks ( not pre-informed ). We therefore had to find alternative parking at a cost of £19.50.
We immediately notified JustPark and were given a ticket number. A day later received this request for review. Got back in touch with JustPark to say we would wait 24 hours before responding in order to give them time to deal with our issue. No response so here we are!!!!! They replied to my review asking for receipt so I would get refund, still waiting for response to my initial email to them, so not holding my breath..
