The pedestrian gate was unlocked and anybody could walk in

It was easy to locate and the license plate recognition worked without any problems. However, when returning I was unable to access the parking lot as the machine at the gate did not recognise the QR code and kept changing it to my apple wallet for payment. There was no answer when I pressed the button, luckily, someone was leaving and let me through. I noticed the gate to the roof parking had been left open, so not secured.

For some reason the car park wouldn't let me out. So i ended up paying twice

Leaving the car park took a while as the barrier wasn't functioning as well as it should. It took 20 mins. For me personally I drive through immediately so the number plate recognition was excellent.

pre-paid for parking and the barrier clearly didn’t recognise the registration so we couldn’t get out for at least 10 minutes, ended up in using the tannoy button at the gate to have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to answer with a big queue behind us.

Good entry with prepayment but the exit from the carpark was very slow I was stuck for 15min without moving,could improve the exiting
