Great location

Bad Experience. I was delayed due to train cancellation. I tried extending stay via the app but was unable too as it was subsequently booked by another person I had no contact details for homeowner to explain my situation. I tried phoning JustPark but was kept on hold for 24 minutes. So I then sent an email explaining situation. I arrived to my vehicle to find it blocked in the driveway by another vehicle. Their was no answer from the home owner when I knocked on his door. It was now 5pm on a Sunday evening and I was stranded with my 9 year old son. I then rang JustPark and got through to a helpful operator named Nellie. She promptly rang homeowner who did not answer. She then contacted the owners of the vehicle blocking me in who said they were 50 minutes away and just sitting down for dinner and would come after they had eaten. This was unacceptable and I then arranged with JustPark to liase with car owner the collection of my vehicle the next day. I then had to make a 54 mile journey home at my own expense. At 10:45 that night the homeowner texted me and he would arrange with the car owner to move the vehicle the next day. Next morning at 9:20 the homeowner texted me and I was informed the drive would be clear until 11:00. I then had to do another 54 mile trip to collect my vehicle. During my journey I received another text telling me I had 40 minutes to collect my vehicle or I would be blocked in for another 2 days. I arrived and collected my vehicle but I do not appreciate being threatened by the homeowner telling me my vehicle would be blocked in if I didn't adhere to his strict time limits. I must say though his neighbours whom I approached for help were really helpful and kind. Its a shame all people aren't so thoughtful to someone's situation.

Excellent - a 5-star experience

Superb setting handy for York and nice and peaceful area

It’s the first time I’ve used this service. It was so easy start to finish. The instructions once booked were clear and it made a very smooth and easy parking experience for us. Perfectly situated for the train station, my 8 and 7 year old walked it back easily today and the price was spot on. It was also nice leaving the car in an area that felt safe and secure. Will definitely be using this service again in the future.

Excellent parking space in a quiet street. No issues during my three night stay. Great information and instructions provided from the host upfront. Would highly recommend.
