The queue to the car park was enormous - it was impossible to get in to the car park to claim my pre-paid for space. I had to go and park somewhere else. A complete waste of money - a total con.

We prebooked parking or so I thought. We only prepaid so we still had to queue and wait to get in and out. On our way out of the car park, we couldn't get out as the QR code wouldn't work. Very frustrating and not at all as it was advertised.

Easy to book, easy to find and fabulous you can prebook the only thing is the spaces are so so tight! Crammed that many spaces in it’s very difficult to get out your car if it’s full and you have a car either side.
We have booked 3 days in advance as staying 5 miles from city centre.
