Queued for over an hour to go so paid for an hour we couldn't use, took ages to find a parking place wglhich made us late for our attraction so had to wait for another slot resulting in not being able to finish our day w3le had planned for our granddaughters 13th birthday, they call it the shambles well all I can say it was a shambles!!

Light and clan car park, felt safe.
My car was damaged on left bumper by another car, presumably the one parked that side. Space size standard, just poor drivers.

Car park was very busy, waited an hour after booking time to enter car park to find a space. Could see cars leaving but no cars going in. Idea of spaces available in car park via app would help to assess sitatuation.

Booked in advance, unfortunately wouldn't accept hotel discount code on the app. Delay getting in to car park due to having to wait for people paying on arrival who then had to wait for spaces to become available.
Once parked, secure access worked really well.
