Burton Avenue, YO30

This was our second time booking this parking space. It is about a 15 min fairly flat walk to York Theatre Royal and is easy to get in and out of and feels totally safe. We parked again at the front of the house and it was easily big enough for my Volvo XC60. It looks like there are two additional spaces to the side of the house, so I don't think anyone would have any problems with access in and out of the driveway here.

Great parking space for a visit to York Theatre Royal. It was a walk on the level and took about 15 mins. When we arrived there was one car parked down the side of the house with what looked like enough room to park another alongside it. However the front of the house was empty (and a large space) so we parked there and there was plenty of room for my Volvo XC60. As there are three parking spaces at this property and from reading other reviews, I think the description could benefit from some guidance as to how to park on arrival, so that 3 vehicles can fit on without anyone experiencing any issues.

Easy process, easy to find, great safe location to park and a nice 10minute walk into the city

Large accessible drive. Nice quiet road. Easy to find and the 10/15 minute walk into York was pleasant and simple. Made our weekend away stress free not having to worry about car parking, thank you!

Good direction. No issues going in coming out. Perfect location for uni, hospital and shops.

The directions to the parking space were excellent.

Straight forward, good price and very helpful.

Easy walk to hospital. Was a little unsure where exactly to park and took a bit of manoeuvring round vehicle already parked but otherwise would happily use again

Great place to park car in York.

Very good did what I wanted, about 20 to 25 minutes from York cricket club where Yorkshire CCC were playing. Plenty of room on the drive to park on their drive.
