It was reasonably easy however the parking instructions were not clear especially when the spaces were numbered
The instruction should have said park in bay 17 etc etc

Zero communication from the space owner despite several messages sent. No confidence which space should be parked in. Got a suspicion this chap doesn't actually own this space. Thankfully plenty of free on street parking nearby.

Parking instructions unclear. No bay number provided so didn't risk parking at someone else's parking spot. Provider did not answer the call or text. Waste of money.

Parked.. Didn't get fine. But how I understand picture of car park spot isn't where you actually park.. And I wasn't able to contact owner to confirm right place. What did make me worry all day if i'm in right parking bay.
Still recommend this spot. Just update a picture.

Great place if you want peace of mind if they could just make the numbers legible on all the bays still not sure if I got the right bay it looked like 19 but other than that very handy for hull road even town at a pinch

Arrived at the location and there was a car in parking space that was in the details.
Tried to get in touch with the space owner four times and no response, then got in touch with JustPark who also couldn’t get in touch with the space owner and said that there was not an alternative for us to use, so we could get a refund if needed.
Since there was nowhere else for us to go, we just decided to leave the car in one of the spaces after an hour of back and forth with JustPark and wait for the space owner to get back to us as we were staying in York for the whole weekend - had no reply from the space owner the whole weekend so just assumed we would be fine to leave the car in one of the other spaces but of course not ideal knowing we weren’t in the correct parking space.
Car was fine but very disappointed with having no communication from the space owner after multiple attempts.
