The app would not work today and it took me 3 attempts by phone to pay for session which was done after my meeting not at point of parking so awaiting the fine. Great when the system works. This carpark is always full so must be only a few like me who struggle with the technology.

i had a parking ticket even after paying for parking because I wasn't in a bay properly, that was because the next car was parked over theirs

I don't understand why you wrote "long stay ". I arrived at 7pm, parked until 11:55, but then I couldn't extend the time. Horrible

I paid at the machine, it took my payment and then didn't give me a ticket. So then I had to pay again on the app! Really frustrated!
