The ticket machine wasn't working so I paid £1.70 with just park. my friend who parked for the same amount of time but rang a number on the ticket machine was only charged £1.50. Not fair, not happy.

The app said my payment couldn't be made, so I paid £4 in cash at the machine instead. Later I discovered that the payment HAD been made, so I paid twice. Not happy one bit, and won't use the app again.
