Car park is fine, use it regularly and fees help support the country park, but the JustPark app is clunky, often have to go through payment process multiple times.

Wouldn't accept my bank cards tried 2 of them tried multiple times so just wanted to just go home but couldn't as I new I would be fined so ended up ringing and paying over the phone on a automated service. All thus took 30 minutes, even tried to register card once home and it still wouldn't register. what's the point its supposed to be convenient. NOT!

Difficulty paying for 2 cars on same account. Ended up paying twice for the same car. Other family car had no ticket. Needs option for paying for 2 different cars at same time. Pretty easy otherwise.
