Located just a 2 minute walk from Worthing railway station, with direct trains to London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Southampton and Portsmouth, with local busses and taxis available outside the station. The town centre, beach, and Worthing hospital are approximately 20 minutes away, with the bridle paths onto the South Downs and the historic South Downs Way approximately 30 minutes walk.
Football aficionados can enjoy the distinct privilege of watching the mighty Worthing Football Club after a 5-10 minute walk, and Brighton & Hove Albion fans can get to the Amex in about 45 minutes by train (Falmer, changing at Brighton).
The space is big enough to fit two estate cars / 4x4s. A medium-sized van would also fit, although two such vans would be a bit tight.
Limited CCTV coverage across both spaces is provided by way of a video doorbell. There's also a motion-sensitive light for added visibility and security at night (streetlights turn off around midnight).

Ideal place to park on to go to a Worthing FC game only a short walk away. Our estate car fitted well on the drive and felt comfortable leaving the car there.

Pros: secure parking, sensor light on driveway so could see easily when I returned to my car. Good location for a quick walk to venue for a comedy night.
Cons: drive way just about wide enough for 2 cars, my Landrover Discovery over hung the pavement slightly. Getting on to the drive a complete nightmare with a 4x4. With cars parked badly in the road either side of the drive (one partly covering dropped curb) & a car parked opposite made reversing on to the drive in the dark with cars trying to drive down the road in both directions a nightmare. I would not recommend if you have a large vehicle. Small cars would be good.

although there was a skip in one space every thing was fine. the people working had just finished. Locals seem very helpful by guiding me out as it is a bit tight on the road how others have parked. would definitely use again.

Very convenient for the station and only a 10min walk to town centre & 15 min from beach. Plenty of room on drive for SUV etc.
