When booking it said 0.2 miles from venue, then once booked it showed 1.3 miles from venue.
Paid for parking I didn’t even get to use, total rip off.
Had to find parking once I got to Three ways stadium.
My advice stay clear from this site
Had a response from justpark , thanked me for my feedback HOWEVER no mention of a refund ( there’s a surprise)

Car park not opened at time of arrival. 1 hr before event. Attendant was working alone and unable to adequately support traffic flow. Some delay experienced. Attendant was polite and organised.

Poor directions - postcode took us to wrong spot - then had to look up southco and found it , for then for it to be locked up and no one answering phone - eventually found the car park was in another building unrelated to it
20 min walk to stadium (longer than described ) wouldn’t use again
