After following a post code provided I decided I was in the wrong car park. I then used a different provided post code, once arrived I knew I was in the right place.

Only missed off 1 star because directions to where we parked were quite confusing, with two different postcodes. However when I rang to enquire about booking two cars on same email and clarification of directions my call was answered quickly and efficiently. Will use again.

Would be nice to see some acknowledgment of JustPark being there.. there are plenty of warning signs saying "stay longer than 3 hours... get a £70 fine" - assuming I don't get a fine. All good

Would have been better with more instructions where the entrance was eg go past St Martin’s Quarter and turn next left .

It was not easy to find and ended up parking in the wrong place. This was my first time parking in Worcester and used the alternative post code to find it but ended parking on a different car park but luckily realised but could have resulted in us being fined being on the wrong car park.
