Plenty of spaces, lifts to each floor. Couldn't fault at all. Great price for overnight parking & only about 10 minutes walk from where I was staying. Would definitely book again if the need arises.

First time I'd used app. Since space was guaranteed I thought there would be a coned off space or area for pre-booked spaces. It was very busy when I arrived - cars bumper to bumper looking for spaces. I asked an assistant for clarification. He said you just have to find a space.
On exiting I just drove out and was concerned, because I hadn't checked in with anybody, that I could incur additional charges.
Perhaps I just worry too much!

The layout is poor. When your exiting, you have multiple car levels joining one queue which also has vehicles entering the car park. Not a good system
