Horrendous getting out - had to wait almost 30 minutes to pay because then queue or cars to leave was ridiculous and knew 15 mins from payment wouldn't be enough. So had to wait for 30 minutes in the stand still queue before paying

There are NO signs with the Just Park location number on the upper floors! I had to drive down to the exit barrier before I found one. The app is slow and very clunky - it took three attempts before the transaction went through, which I've also experienced at other car parks that use the app. Just as well there wasn't anyone queuing up behind me to leave, otherwise it would have been mayhem. Not impressed.
