For anyone thinking of parking and just going, abstain. There was no number to indicate the parking bay. Out of courtesy I called the owner, who tells me I need to go up to the flat to pick up a permit from his tenants (!!!). There was no mention of any of this in the ad. Then, I'm being told that I arrived late (10min due to traffic) and this is why there was no one available...I wonder what would have happened had I not called in the first place. Poor customer service. I use lots of parking in Woking, this is the first time I have such a bad experience
