I booked this space partially because I wanted EV charging. EV charging is advertised on the Just Park site. There was / is no EV charger available here. When I arrived there were 2 cars on the drive which meant I ghad to park behind one of them potentially blocking their exits. IU had to ring the doorbell to speak to the owner to confirm where and how to park. He also confirmed to me that there was no EV charging at this location. I parked without the absolute certainty that I would have enough charger to get home. Subsequently Just Park charged me for the EV charging which I hadn't had. THERE WAS NONE!!!. The EV charge is being refunded, but this experience was far from the hassle-free, facility that I had booked and was prepared to pay for. Just Park itself fell short of the quality of care that I have come to know. I would not use this driveway again.
