ANPR did not register my reg properly so I could pay at the ticket machine even using manual input on the time we entered. Eventually gave up and drove to the gate. They lady on the end of the help intercom told me she couldn't open the gate and I needed to use a different machine near the exit not the entrance. Eventually solved but all too dramatic for my liking.
