Secure parking on Madeira Walk, Windsor (SL4 1EU) accessed through an archway (see photos). The archway has width restriction of 8 ft or 244 cm and height restriction of 2.3m. Suitable for medium-sized vehicles only due to archway height and width limits. After booking a space, please text on 07956384663 us your email address promptly so we can send your parking permit and full instructions. International customers can send information via WhatsApp. The permit will be emailed to you within 24 hours of booking start date/time. Permit must be printed and clearly displayed on your dashboard at all times. Only park in your allocated bay – parking in the wrong bay or without a displayed permit may result in a PCN (Parking Charge Notice).
You may enter and exit the space multiple times during your booking.
It is the customer’s responsibility to send their email address and booking ID after booking. No refund will be issued if the permit cannot be sent because this information was not provided on time.

Did not use in the end sent me a permit and it was the wrong name wrong car and wrong registration i told them this they then sent the correct details but they was very unhelpfull. Told them i have no access to a printer to display the permit and they just kept saying please refer to the instructions sent so so unhelpfull wasted £19 of my money. Will not recommend at all

Rude. Defensive. Unapologetic. Terrible communication. Thoroughly unpleasant would not recommend. Not worth it, plenty of alternative car spaces around, go for those instead.
I emailed for the permit, which you need to print by the way, straight after the booking. As the booking was for the next day I was concerned I still hadn't heard back by the end of the working day. I sent a follow up message and still didn't hear back, I sent another message via my partners phone and they then accused me rather than apologising for the delay about the email address. Its really not that hard to be polite and email in a timely way or acknowledge a message. justpark helpline was brilliant however. This owner however wasn't.

Easy to find. Owner/,operator sends clear instructions with photos day before parking. Note, you need to print out a permit. Access is narrow, but my golf went through readily, and I saw that a Jaguar XKR had managed it too. There were a number of scuffs in the archway walls though. The location is easy to reach from the M4 and perfect for the castle, a five minute stroll.
