easy to find, felt very safe and short walk into town The only observation I had was my estate car was just overhanging the gravel part onto the paved drive, so not sure if that was an issue for the owner but I parked as far in as I could. Overall, super, will probably use again when needed.

Your team have blundered with this booking
The address was not correct. We were informed by the householder that this had happened before and we were directed to the correct address 3 doors down the road.
This could have been very embarrassing and could have caused distress if the owner had been less understanding or even not present at thetime.
I hope you will amend the situation and apologise to the householder as we have done.
No, I shall be very careful in future where I park,
Maybe a phone number would help to confirm a booking with the householder.

Found the site by chance whilst looking for parking in Windsor. The site was simple to access and the whole booking process was seamless from start to finish. Great parking spot, good value and covered by cctv. The owners of the house were lovely, polite and extremely helpful. We will definitely be using this booking system again.
