The spaces are tight for a bigger vehicle. The access code didn't work on the way in, so I took a ticket but on the way out the barrier just lifted - I expect because it read the number plate - so all good.

The whole experience was very slick and all went according to plan. The only downside was the size of the parking bays, the bays are very tight on avaliable space.

I was so relieved to have had two of their staff help guide me in reversing my car out from a position too close to a concrete pillar, I would otherwise likely not have managed it without badly scratching my car. Nice, friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to help me out, appreciated it! Also, the parking fee is very reasonable and smooth online booking experience was a plus

So easy to book in advance and with number plate recognition, easy to enter and exit. Excellent all round

The code that was sent to me did not work and I had to wait for more than 6 minutes to be assisted and the cars were lining up behind me

With the size of cars these days the parking spaces are incredibly narrow. I parked perfectly within my lines but was unable to open the doors either side which is a bit frustrating

It's a fairly tight garage, with snug spaces and very tight narrow corners. be careful with bigger cars in here!

Tight turns to go up the ramps and tight widths. That said, we had no problem and ample spaces on Sunday afternoon.
