Q-Park Windsor Royal Car Park

5 Stars for the booking procedure but dropped 2 stars due to the process on the day which may have been more down to the car park itself. I received a QR code to scan to prove my space was prepaid. However there was no obvious place to scan it. I was able to enter and leave the car park without having to grab a ticket or part with cash, so I am assuming it was simply recognising my number plate. But this wasn't clear, leaving me hunting down machines and stressing me out. In the end there were plenty of spaces on arrival and it would have been easier and slightly cheaper to have paid on the day.

Looking for a car park facility in Windsor was made exceptionally easy through Just Park. The process of booking on line, confirmation details, communication once it was booked; details of location were second to none.

The location was excellent but the space was very tight even though we have an average sized car. The two lifts near to us weren’t working and, being visitors, we didn’t know if there were any others. Finally we could have got this for £1.50 cheaper on Parkopedia.

Parking space was easy to find and the location provided easy and convenient access to the shops, restaurants, and our destination of Windsor Castle. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t find anywhere to scan my QR code and had to pay for parking to exit the carpark as well as the space I had already purchased. Several of the lifts were out of order which was difficult as we had a wheelchair user with us. The carpark was an ok distance from our day out at Windsor Castle.

It was easy to find the parking lot, and it was convenient to get out of there.

Easy access Hassle free parking. Busy but still find parking.

The lifts were not working which is a problem for people who struggle with stairs !
