Difficult to get refund for non use. They had to set up direct debit? to take initial payment?

Easy to secure parking at a very good price. Very close to shops and Windsor Castle. Number plate recognition hence no problem driving in and out again. Will definitely use this facility when needed again. Windsor is a lovely town to visit with loads to see and lots of really nice places to eat.

Easy to book, no issues with ANPR, lots of parking available and value for money.

The turning radius and space to go to the upper level are so tight. Not recommended for new drivers only experienced can park without scratch or dent.

Directions were great and all went smoothly.

5 Stars for the booking procedure but dropped 2 stars due to the process on the day which may have been more down to the car park itself. I received a QR code to scan to prove my space was prepaid. However there was no obvious place to scan it. I was able to enter and leave the car park without having to grab a ticket or part with cash, so I am assuming it was simply recognising my number plate. But this wasn't clear, leaving me hunting down machines and stressing me out. In the end there were plenty of spaces on arrival and it would have been easier and slightly cheaper to have paid on the day.

Looking for a car park facility in Windsor was made exceptionally easy through Just Park. The process of booking on line, confirmation details, communication once it was booked; details of location were second to none.

The location was excellent but the space was very tight even though we have an average sized car. The two lifts near to us weren’t working and, being visitors, we didn’t know if there were any others. Finally we could have got this for £1.50 cheaper on Parkopedia.
