When we arrived there was a car in our space. Fortunately the owner moved car just in time. However the waiting was stressful as we had a train to catch and weren't sure the space would be available in time. I won't use this car parking space again although it was a very convenient position to the railway station.

The space is in a very good location in terms of proximity to town and the station. I think the details should state its a sharp turn at the traffic lights to make it easier to find. It's very easy to miss the turning and then you have to go back around the one way system. The parking space wasn't vacant when we got there either. Fortunately the issue was resolved within 10 mins, but still an inconvenience. The substitute space wasn't as easy to park in as the one advertised either. Overall though it did the job.

Wasn't able to park in the exact allocated space due to a work van. There was also a notice up to say you couldn't park in the space. This was dated before we booked the space.
When returning to the car the company working on the flats told us we shouldn't be parking there. However, we had paid. They informed us that the owners had been told they would be there and parking was not allowed. This was a bit disturbing.

First time I used it and on arrival there was someone else in my place. Easily resolved with a phone call and text but it sould have been avoided if they had texted me with the changed arrangements rather than me having to find out what to do as they had my contacts. It certainly won’t put me off using again it was just unfortunate it was my first time.
