Bank Street Car Park

After booking this space I searched for the exact location and ran into problems. I'm still only 90% sure I was in the right car park. 1. The address is given as Bank Street Car Park. However, the entrance to that car park is about 200 yards away on a different street and operated by another parking service. The name confusion here was traumatic. 2. The space address is given as a postcode but postcodes cover a wide area so that's not particularly helpful. 3. The instructions say "use the picture for reference". There's no picture as such but there is a Google Map screen shot with a pointer in the road nearest the entrance to the parking area. This was helpful, however, looking at streetview at that point, there is a barrier across the entrance to the car park, which is behind a row of buildings. That deserved a mention. There are no instructions on how to gain access if the barrier is down. It took me about half an hour of research to convince myself that I was heading for the right spot. I used the What2Words address to navigate to what I believed to be the entrance. That worked well and I was perhaps fortunate that the barrier was up when I got there so I was able to drive straight in and had the pick of many spaces. On walking out I saw the barrier was down. Was it waiting for me and recognising my number plate? I have no idea but the car park is unattended. I had a 2-hour slot. Could I have exited in the middle and returned within the time frame? There is no reference to multiple entry. When I left I drove up to the barrier and it raised automatically to let me out. That's a common feature in car parks but still deserved a mention. Overall, the space itself was good but the instructions were pretty poor. I could only give it 3/10 where the 3 is earned from the Google screen shotscreen shot and the postcode.
