Worked great, plenty of spaces at Sainsbury’s. Was a little concerned at all the 2 hour max signs, but you clearly said ignore them.
Free phone in Sainsbury’s to ring for a taxi which was great!

I thought there had to be a catch with this service but no, it was as simple as it seemed. Booked for whitby goth weekend as parking can be tricky, paid online and parked up where the app told me to. Picked car up 3 days later, no problem. Comms were first class and couldn't fault it. Would definitely use again.
