I thought there had to be a catch with this service but no, it was as simple as it seemed. Booked for whitby goth weekend as parking can be tricky, paid online and parked up where the app told me to. Picked car up 3 days later, no problem. Comms were first class and couldn't fault it. Would definitely use again.

really easy to find and park (3 nights). I was a little concerned as Sainsbury's isn't 24 hour opening, however I parked as close to the petrol station as possible, with zero problem's. it a 25/30 minute walk to Whitby centre.
