Everything was good though I have to say the pay and display was a little confusing so downloaded the app then I was getting a little frustrated with it as internet signal was poor and heard all sorts of comments about getting fined for being minutes over. Anyway touch wood I didn't get a fine and once app was up and running it was fine even managed to put an extra day on no problems.

Massive pot holes. No marked lines. Had to squeeze between 2 cars. There wasn’t actually a space for us so why rent it out. The mind boggles.

I paid for my friends car as well as mine and I was unable to extend his parking ticket from my phone, he had to buy a ticket. The app did remind us to pay for his ticket at 10 minutes before the ticket expired. But he had already paid for his ticket. I think you should look at users being able to access all tickets from their phones, not just the first one that is bought.

Perfect location for our trip to Whitby. Whilst easy to find, Silver Street itself is very narrow .I would advise approaching from the top end.
The payment method is clearly displayed, and it was easy to extend parking time remotely. The surface is stones rather than tarred or concreted with no markings for spaces.

Easy to get to used the car park a few times, only down side is the seagull mess but great location

No marked spaces on an rugged uneven disused area hence lots of selfish drivers taking up extra space. Would expect a better experience especially when being charged to park here.
