I was a bit sceptical after reading all the negative reviews! But it was fine

Only comment is that I was not able to extend another 24 hours until the previous was to expire. The app kept changing to 6pm end time.

Few hiccups logging on to the app but once that was sorted was quite straightforward. Paid an initial fee to cover time parked up at venue then quite easily added a couple of more hours later on.

Didn't get an email confirming the second payment so didn't know if it had gone through. Online chat didn't start at 8 o'clock so couldn't confirm whether payment had been made.
