Parking still quite expensive even with half off

It is a large carpark and wasn't full so a choice of spaces was no issue. However most of your carparks and other providers do not allow for modern vehicles. The spaces are not long enough and certainly not wide enough. Often I park up and cannot get out of the large thick door so have to move. Not sure how people with just a 2 door vehicle manage either.
Wider spaces should be the norm nowadays.

i have a 4x4 so parking size spaces are always going to be challenging, but it was reasonably quiet traffic wise so it was ok

I parked with ease, paid on the app, very easy. Went off to visit Weymouth. Realised within a hour I don't think the car is registered with the app as I usually drive my van!! So I got help via the app and in a while (I'm not that good at this) had to register the car then buy a new ticket. So I now have a ticket for a van (at home) and the car. Now to see if I get my money back for a genuine error.

I only stopped here to top up my EV. The electric rate was high and to pay for parking was an insult! The sooner electric suppliers and car park operators work together the better. Using Just Park costs more than contactless. Joined up thinking on a national scale is needed.
