Everything is perfect and everything i use parking i use this app. It's so easy and convenient id be foolish to not use it. The only flaw I can think of is that it would be great if you could finish your parking early.I paid for an hour yesterday to be safe but was back at the car in 20 mins so only needed 30 min slot. If you could fish your parking early and then they took the money at the end of your session it would be a bigger money saver for us and also the app would know if there where free available spaces more accurately as yesterday I potentially held on to a space 40 mins longer than I was actually there for and paid for the time I wasnt using. Could this be looked into maybe ?

I'm disabled and no disabled spaces about so it was a bit uncomfortable for me. No other problems and that really isn't anything you can be at fault for

I was charged £3.30 and the sign on the car park said it was £3.20 for 1 hour ??

Parked initially for 30 minutes and tried to renew by another 30 mins. 5 mins after I did this I got a pop up saying 'cannot extend'. Now I've risked getting a ticket for the 5 minutes it took me to get back to my car
