Too expensive, can't people using the local business play cafe have a scheme to be able to get money back or reduced rate. No issue in earning from holiday makers but locals using local businesses shouldn't be penalised

Extending my parking duration was very difficult. I got no confirmation it had been extended and the ended up extending it by a further 2 hours for the following day. Which was absolutely not needed! It cost me money I did not need to pay.
I had a similar issue Extending the booking on Sunday but did eventually manage to do so.

At 1739 I tried to extend from 1741 to 1800 (when the car park becomes free overnight)
I cannot book the extra 19 mins as it comes up with an error code.
I hope that I dont get fined????
