I've just been given a parking ticket! my vehicle is not allowed on this carpark apparently! so how do I get my money back?

you wouldn't let me extend even though I was within the time

Small spaces, cannot extend time once you book time. Surface of car park a little bumpy and uneven

I couldn't extend my time it was a 3hr max parking site I started my parking 10.44 until 12.44 & just park wouldn't let me extend half hour or an hour I have no idea why. My disabled daughter was needing attention which was going to make me late back which made panick & made the situation worst.

Spaces could be slightly bigger for people with vans and less able people We don't have a blue badge but we do have a disabled child that doesn't require a disabled space when someone else does, but I think if there were spaces designated for bigger vehicles that would improve parking

Extending parking up to the allotted 3 hours was not possible, or at least, I found it hard to understand how or why it was possible to add 2.5 extra hours to a 30 minute booking- when the max stay is 3 hours. As I was unable to extend my parking i had to move the car to the multi storey car park opposite. Frustrating

Very tight spaces and very expensive parking!
