Disposable BBQ's are not permitted on the estate or beach.

Kite Surfing – members of the 2XS Windsurf Club Only all year round
Windsurfing/Wingfoiling – members of the 2XS Windsurf Club only from March to September
Motorbikes do not need a booking.
Please stay safe, respect the water and use bins provided for your litter
