Disposable BBQ's are not permitted on the estate or beach.

Kite Surfing – members of the 2XS Windsurf Club Only all year round
Windsurfing/Windfoiling – members of the 2XS Windsurf Club only from March to September
Motorbikes do not require a booking.
Please stay safe, respect the water and use bins provided for your litter.

Really happy with the ease of booking, the ease of entry (automatic barrier), the fact that with online booking we can come and go during the time slot without having to re-pay. What's not to like?
