Displayed blue badge in windscreen parked in a disabled space but still given a parking ticket saying I hadn't displayed correctly.i have photographs to prove will take it up with authorities it is a shame that disabled drivers are subject to parking attendants who are unable to see what's in front of their eyes and only worry about their commission

App is not letting me extend time,been trying for 10 minutes to extend for 2 hours.I am not impressed!!

Cornwall Council parking credit did not come up as a payment option, although this is the correct account and shown in the main menu options!

This was a council run car park in Looe and I accidentally paid with selecting my car reg not my husband's. A few minutes later on double checking the confirmation, I realised my mistake and booked again with the correct reg.
I requested a refund but was informed refunds are not possible for drive up, council run car parks!! How very odd, but very helpful for Just Park when a genuine mistake had been made.
