Cornwall Council parking credit did not come up as a payment option, although this is the correct account and shown in the main menu options!

This was a council run car park in Looe and I accidentally paid with selecting my car reg not my husband's. A few minutes later on double checking the confirmation, I realised my mistake and booked again with the correct reg.
I requested a refund but was informed refunds are not possible for drive up, council run car parks!! How very odd, but very helpful for Just Park when a genuine mistake had been made.
