We had to collect a parking permit from another location we were not aware of until the day before booking. This took extra time and we would not have chosen this booking if we were aware of this. On return we we posted through the number 53 post box next to the parking and were told this was incorrect with numerous agressive texts. Space owner could easily have contacted the owner to get the permit from their post box and left clear instructions or collected it from us on return. Worst experience using justpark
