Worst experience ever. We drove to the address we had been given, only to arrive and be told they had moved. Went to new location. It is not a secure site and we just had to leave our car & keys for them to park the car.
On return we went to the location we had been dropped off and let them know we had arrived and needed collecting. We waited for an hour and half to be collected. We rang several times to be told something different each time. When the man eventually arrived he lied and said he had been trying to ring us. The whole experience was dreadful, un professional. Will never use them again.
