Unfortunately, this was an extremely stressful experience. We had booked the space well in advance for 27th August, with an arrival time of around 5am. When we arrived, the only available space on the driveway would have meant blocking several other cars. Four of us tried repeatedly to contact the owner by phone and we also rang the doorbell, but received no response. As we had a flight to catch and needed to arrive early because of my husband’s disability, we eventually had no choice but to leave the car. The owner called us back only after we had reached the airport and gone through security. He was extremely rude and demanded that we return to move the car, despite us explaining that this was no longer possible and that our arrival time had been clearly stated on the booking. This caused a huge amount of unnecessary anxiety, particularly as this is our disability vehicle and we were away for two days worrying about what might happen to it. When our friend eventually returned to collect the car for us, it had been moved, although we were never told exactly how. Thankfully the car does not appear to have been damaged, but the whole experience was incredibly stressful and not what I would expect from a pre-booked parking space. I would not use this location again.

Would definitely use again. Very good location. A short walk and cheap bus ride to the airport terminal. There was only a narrow space available to park, so perhaps would benefit from having markings for spaces somehow. But otherwise no other issues. A very fair fee too.

Fantastic space to use when traveling out of Heathrow T2&3. Will certainly use again

Some of the other people parking there didnt exactly make it very easy for me to get out. A less competent driver would have struggled a lot. Otherwise, great location for Heathrow

Easy, fairly priced and efficient. Driveway parking was very peaceful

Another driver scratched my car while it was parked in this spot. I think maybe too many cars are parked here and it makes it difficult to get out for some people. I would not recommend. I do not have the contact details for the space owner to get the CCTV either, as I didn't see the damage until I got home.

Great location and easy to find as well as get to Heathrow T2 from too.

I struggled to park as the Tessla was well over in the space and just about managed to get parked within 2 inches of the retaining wall after a lot of manouvering (and that did not look like an organised parking place).
