the app did not show all the payment options as per the carpark tariff boards. had to pay more than was necessary.

The app froze as I was attempting to pay. I waited for about 5 mins before closing it as It was still frozen. My husband then paid successfully on his app. I have now paid twice for the same parking session as it turns out the session I tried to pay for had actually debited my account.

Unfortunately I was charged £2.30 when the parking facility was FREE for that day. Very disappointed that my payment was taken and No signage to indicate FREE parking.

No problem with the parking but I'm sick of JustPark keep on emailing for feedback. What do you want to hear? The white lines delineating the space where freshly painted, the tarmac was new or there was a wonderful view. Stop this constant nonsense, just be a parking provider intermediary.
