there wasn't many spaces available, the only ones that were available, were tiny and hard to get to, it's not very well designed unfortunately

The app froze as I was attempting to pay. I waited for about 5 mins before closing it as It was still frozen. My husband then paid successfully on his app. I have now paid twice for the same parking session as it turns out the session I tried to pay for had actually debited my account.

Unfortunately I was charged £2.30 when the parking facility was FREE for that day. Very disappointed that my payment was taken and No signage to indicate FREE parking.

No problem with the parking but I'm sick of JustPark keep on emailing for feedback. What do you want to hear? The white lines delineating the space where freshly painted, the tarmac was new or there was a wonderful view. Stop this constant nonsense, just be a parking provider intermediary.

I paid for my parking at 17.01 for an hour. I checked the time on my iPhone / when I completed the transaction it said the parking start time was 16.56 so I had to extend my parking until 18.00 which although only another 80p seemed like a con.

Only issue is that we parked in the gravelled area and came back to find an attendant waiting to lock the gate on the gravel area to prevent boy racers damaging the gravel part of the carpark.
There are no signs indicating that they were going to lock these gates at a certain time, but the attendant was very courteous and polite and explained the situation without any annoyance.
