Parking on Manor Drive, HA9

On arrival property's visible appearance differed from the pictures on Just Park (recently rendered) and the driveway was occupied by other vehicles. Contacted owner to query this issue who answered the phone after some time but was not local to assist. Had knocked on the property to which occupiers was clearly in but refused to answer door. It appeared space is a driveway of a multi occupancy rental property (multiple doorbell buttons) and/or had potentially been double booked. This is massively disappointed as other parking arrangements had to found eating into the time at the event we were attending. *** MY ADVISE IS TO AVOID ***

Location excellent for the stadium. However two cars parked out the front on the street made it near impossible to get on the drive. I managed it just but a more inexperienced driver or a larger car would have had a problem. This is not fair when you arrive to find this and really quite stressful. Leaving was easier but the traffic was solid. Took 45 mins just to get out of the street and on our way. If location is what you want then fine but do factor in these other points especially if you in a hurry to get home.

Great costumer service. The parking space is good size.

The first car took up the whole space and had to park on the road.

Great space would definitely let people know to reverse on as when leaving hard to get out. The reason for this is there are 2 spaces but only dropped kerb for 1 so tight getting out. Couldn't have done it if I had a big car.

Perfect location

There was a car parked illegally on the road infront almost completely blocking the driveway. Luckily we were able to squeeze around it.

Unfortunately a car was blocking the drive when we arrived and as a car was parked in the other space it took a great deal of effort to squeeze into the space past the parked car.
