MSM Arena Hotel Wembley Stadium Car Park

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my parking booking on the 12th, which I booked from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM. When I arrived at approximately 6:30 PM, the parking was completely full and there was no reception or clear assistance available. After waiting around 15 minutes, I called the management several times. I was instructed by the management to park near the two green bins and block the cars there. I specifically questioned this and asked why I should block those vehicles. I was told not to worry because they were their guests’ cars and that the guests would not be leaving. Based on the management’s direct instructions, I parked in the location they told me to use. At approximately 11:10 PM, I received a call from management asking where I was. I explained that I was still within my booked parking time and had approximately 20 minutes remaining. I was then told that their guests wanted to move their cars. I immediately agreed to return and told them I would be there within 10 minutes. When I arrived, instead of dealing with the situation professionally, several people started shouting at me and questioning why I had parked there. I was not given a reasonable opportunity to explain that I had been specifically instructed by the management to park there. I chose not to argue and simply moved my car at 11:28 PM, just two minutes before the end of my booking. This situation was completely unacceptable. I followed the instructions given to me by your management, yet I was treated as though I had done something wrong. I should not have been shouted at or confronted because of a situation that was entirely caused by your parking management and their instructions. I am therefore requesting a full refund of my parking booking. I do not believe I received the service I paid for, and the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. I have full video evidence, screenshots, and my call history showing what happened and can provide these as evidence if required. Please process my full refund as soon as possible and confirm once this has been done. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously.

Perfect location 20 min walk to stadium great for getting out and back on to M1 on 5 mins

I got there and all of the spaces had already been taken - had to find somewhere else to park

Car park was full, contacted them and was told to park next to a car which was already blocking other cars. The space next to the car wasn't big enough to park in and it would have blocked in more cars. There were two other cars which parked after I left which blocked the driveway into the property. Avoid this parking. Luckily got parked in hotel next door.

The hotel car park spaces were oversold, so all spaces were blocked in by the final car. When we came back there was some very angry a verbally aggressive people waiting for the last car to park up (Not us).

Couldn't park and threatened with fine/ticket and left looking for another space as the hotel had over booked and blame just park ... couldn't get through to anyone at just park ... I did try calling and waiting for over half an hour before being cut off ...

The ease of the parking. Checking in and directions were spot on. Car was safe off the road. Free to leave anytime so no extra charges.

Couldn't leave my vehicle. Could only speak to hotel owner on the phone who said priority was for hotel customers and not Just Park. If I just left it there I would be fined even though I paid £27 and reserved parking - he said this money went to Just Park and not him. Found alternative parking on an event day at Wembley which was difficult and expensive. Hotel owner was aggressive and intimidating on the phone.

Easy and convenient

Got to our destination only to find that it had been massively over booked. Wasted over an hour whilst cars were shunted around and around. Hotel owner was lovely but very flustered by it all.
