Easy to find, access was good and clear instructions. Bays are a little small but overcame this issue! Knew car would be safe as in secured car park! Booking was easy.

All as described. Easy access and safe . Tight space but car parks are. Ideal for short walk to Wembley.

the parking space is a bit too tight, I had to close the mirrors, and you have to be slim enough to fit between two parked cars.

No space available when I got there. We have a disabled badge was told it would ok to park in a disabled bay. But that was someone’s else’s. Won’t trust just park again

Upon arriving the car park was closed and looked to have been in a fire. Do not book and will be asking for a full refund.

I am extremely disappointed to have been able to book online for a parking structure structure described as being covered, with 24 hour cctv and an electronic gate needing a passcode for access. I arrived to find a parking structure that had no power, no lights with no electronic gate not currently in use because the multi-storey building above it was abandoned due to a on fire several weeks before I booked. Completely unfit for purpose and I should not have been able to book and waste my money. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I would like to hope that there will be a strong response from customer services with an apology and a full refund. I could at least then give this company the benefit of the doubt and make a comment for responding well to what is hopefully an honest mistake.
