Elm Road Car Park

No space available when I got there. We have a disabled badge was told it would ok to park in a disabled bay. But that was someone’s else’s. Won’t trust just park again

Upon arriving the car park was closed and looked to have been in a fire. Do not book and will be asking for a full refund.

I am extremely disappointed to have been able to book online for a parking structure structure described as being covered, with 24 hour cctv and an electronic gate needing a passcode for access. I arrived to find a parking structure that had no power, no lights with no electronic gate not currently in use because the multi-storey building above it was abandoned due to a on fire several weeks before I booked. Completely unfit for purpose and I should not have been able to book and waste my money. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I would like to hope that there will be a strong response from customer services with an apology and a full refund. I could at least then give this company the benefit of the doubt and make a comment for responding well to what is hopefully an honest mistake.

You are just way too expensive, you are not accormating to the building relatives or visitors... I am seriously not pleased

First time booking with JustPark, easy to do, very easy to find and enter the car park. No problem parking, and left with no trouble. Would recommend

Good access from main roads and to the tube station. Well lit. Highly recommended.

The car park gate is left open. So I didn’t really feel the location was safe. Very tight space for a med size car - Vauxhall mokka.

Good car park and would use again. Signposting not great - went into the wrong one first time, luckily noticed when we were leaving on foot! Plenty of spaces and easy walk to Wembley.
