Brook Avenue, HA9

2 angry young men came from the house questioning me why I was parking here when returning to my car. I showed them the booking but they told me it wasn't valid. This was very intimidating for me, my retired father and 11 year old daughter.

Nice big driveway, easy to find, no faults!

The owner rented us a place was rented so the owner of the house rented his house and he wants to get more

This is a massive scam. We pre booked this space and when we arrived no one was around so we parked and walked to the stadium but went back to get something out the car and found men who spoke very little English around the car looking in the windows and trying the doors and said we hadn't booked the space and demanded we paid more money in cash otherwise they wouldn't let us leave. I was with my wife and young boy who was getting incredibly scared. They also damaged the car by scratching down the side and I have this on camera as my car recorded them doing it which I'll be taking to the police. DO NOT BOOK THIS SPACE ITS DANGEROUS AND A SCAM.

Completely mis-sold. When we arrived at the parking location, we were approached by people who spoke very little English and had small children with them, insisting the space was no longer available unless we paid cash. We explained that we had already paid, but they continued to claim it was unavailable. After driving over two hours to attend the England game with my kids, this turned into a complete disaster and was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others not to book.

There was no parking space. Was full with other cars. The area was highly muddy and cars were stuck in the mud. Never sale this parking space. Otherwise it will considered a scam. I need a refund

Easy to use, very reliable and my car was definitely safe there. Also excellent location for Wembley!

I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere. The space owner significantly oversold (at least double) the spaces advertised. This led to there not initially being a space available when we arrived. Due to the overbooking, we were held up trying to exit the driveway as we were blocked in by other cars. We were also blocking in others ourselves. Due to us blocking in cars, I received several phone calls questioning my whereabouts and requesting me to hurry back. These harassing calls happened before 11PM, despite me paying for the parking space until 00:30AM. When I arrived back to the driveway, I found the owner rude and not friendly at all. This was a extremely poor service, experience and treatment.

The gentlemen was very polite, told me how to park my car and was very reassuring that the car was gonna be safe. Was a bit of a tight spot but apart from that I was 10mins from the stadium.

The experience was extremely smooth, Wembley stadium is really close too, it was a great decision to park here.
